Att. Nazlı Hilal Kaya

Att. Nazlı Hilal Kaya graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2016, where she studied with a full scholarship, and enrolled in the Istanbul Bar Association in 2017.

She successfully completed the IGCSE (Cambridge International Examinations) program between 2008-2010 and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program between 2010-2012. Later she graduated from Kadir Has University Sports Law and Management Certificate Program (2014-2015) and Bilgi University Application of Competition Law Certificate Program (2016-2017). In September 2022, she started doing her master’s degree at Fenerbahçe University (Sports Sciences with Thesis) and continues her studies as an MSc candidate.

She worked as a legal intern at Güzeldere & Balkan Law Firm and later as a lawyer at SRP-Legal Law Firm in the fields of Corporate Law, Commercial and E-Commerce Law, Contracts Law, Data Privacy Law (KVKK and GDPR), Competition Law, Financial Technologies Law, Technology Law, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Between 2018-2020, she was a Legal Counsel and Legal Compliance Officer at Ford Otomotiv Sanayi A.Ş. She later joined STNZ LEGAL as a managing partner in July 2020.

Att. Nazlı Hilal Kaya is an international business and immigration lawyer, speaks English at an advanced level and works as a Board Member in Enroutebymbk and provides legal consultancy services to Enroutebymbk customers.
