Att. Setenay Kaya Özlütürk graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2018, where she studied with a full scholarship, and enrolled in the Istanbul Bar Association in 2019.

She successfully completed the IGCSE (Cambridge International Examinations) program between 2010-2012 and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program between 2012-2014. In 2023, she successfully completed her master’s degree at Istanbul University (Private Law with Thesis) with her thesis titled 'Smart Contracts in Turkish Labor Law'. Additionally, she completed the 'Smart Contracts' e-course given by the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York in 2023. In 2024, she started her doctoral studies at İstanbul University Faculty of Law.

She started her legal internship at Nazalı Attorney Partnership and later continued to work there as a lawyer, where she specialized in areas of Employment Law, Association & Foundation Law, White Collar Crimes, and Labor Union Management and provided litigation and consultancy services, including audits and training, to Turkey’s leading companies. She later founded STNZ LEGAL in March 2020 and has been working as a partner since then.
